调试的注意事项：
Matters needing attention in debugging:
1、在当天机器操作完毕后要把胶管内的胶冲出，防止硬化；如果长时间不实用要注意用煤油清洗胶管和胶枪。

2、双组份打胶机使用的硅酮胶或聚硫胶要注意杂质不能过高，低质量的胶容易堵塞胶管的过滤系统，造成出胶不畅或不均匀。

3、在更换胶的品种时要特别注意把双组份打胶机内残留的胶冲净，清洗，因为不同品种甚至的胶容易反应堵塞机器。

4、液压站系统的压力，不能调的太高，要根据室内环境温度等实际情况，调至满足胶嘴正常出胶均匀打胶即可。打开液压站时一定要打开胶枪，否则B组份管路压力将升得很高，造成安全事故。
