　　点胶量一般是由点胶时间来控制的，时间越长胶量越大。

　　胶水的粘稠度会影响点胶的质量。粘度大点胶大，粘度小点胶小，一般情况下，需保持点胶机处于温度23-25摄氏度的环境下，温度过低胶水粘度增加，反之则降低。

　　胶水要保证没有气泡。一个很小的气泡就有可能导致出现残次品或者没点到胶，所以每次更换胶管的时候一定要排空连接处的空气，防止出现空打现象。
