日常运用进程中，要留意打胶机的颐养维护

1、机头密封圈在7-10天需求改换一次;

2、改换时一切部位都要清洗洁净，不能有原料残留;

4、开机前迟缓装上钢钩，新的钢钩顶部用砂纸打磨一下，让其圆润润滑，要装到位，察看机头马达能否能正常运转?出料气缸能否能正常运作?
4. Install the steel hook slowly before starting the machine. Sand paper is used to polish the top of the new steel hook to make it smooth and lubricated. To be installed in place, check whether the motor of the machine head can work properly and whether the discharging cylinder can work properly.
5、正常消费前记得排出一小局部胶料，由于外面能够有黄油残留，排出以免影响产质量量。

6、每个月需求清算一次气源过滤器，和下胶管Y型过滤器。一切运动局部反省能否有松动，并加光滑油。假如长工夫机器停用，清算机器外面一切料桶与料管的胶水。并要清算完一切管道的清洗液。
6. Air source filters and Y-type Downhose filters are required to be cleared once a month. Reflect on the looseness and smoothness of all movements. If the long-time machine is out of use, the glue of all barrels and pipes outside the machine is cleared. Cleaning fluids for all pipes should also be cleared.
