Cleaning and drying is the pre core process of the fully automatic sealing line, and it is also a major energy consumer of traditional equipment. In the past, after the equipment was turned on, the brushes and nozzles continued to operate. Even if the production line was temporarily cut off and no glass entered within 20 seconds, the equipment still maintained full power operation, resulting in wasted electrical energy. The upgraded fully automatic sealing line is equipped with an intelligent induction start stop system and a precise 20 second delay induction mechanism. When no glass enters the processing station within 20 seconds of the production line, the brush and nozzle will automatically power off and shut down, completely stopping operation; Once glass enters the workstation, the equipment immediately starts and resumes normal cleaning and drying operations without the need for manual operation. It intelligently switches between operation and shutdown states, which does not affect the normal production rhythm and completely eliminates the ineffective idle energy consumption of previous processes. 烘干风机作为封胶线的高功率部件,传统设备停机时风机仍处于全开状态,不仅空转耗电,频繁启停还会损伤电机、缩短设备使用寿命。我们在全自动封胶线的烘干风机处,加装专用智能碟阀,搭配软循环启动系统,实现风机能耗的精准管控。当玻璃停止加工、设备处于待机状态时,碟阀**自动闭合**,阻断风机无效送风;设备重启时,采用软循环启动模式,避免电机瞬间全功率启动的高额电耗,减少电流冲击,既保护风机电机、延长设备使用寿命,又能大幅降低风机运行能耗,相比传统风机运行模式,单台风机能耗可降低25%以上,节能效果十分显著。

针对传统封胶线传送结构全程空转、持续耗电的弊端,我们在全自动封胶线的每一段传送工位,均加装高精度光电感应开关,实现分段式智能传送节能。光电开关全程实时监测工位状态,当玻璃未进入对应传送段时,该段传送结构**自动停止运转**,完全不耗电;只有当玻璃触发光电感应开关、进入对应工位时,传送结构才会瞬时启动运转,完成玻璃输送,运转结束无后续玻璃时,立即再次停机待机。
In response to the drawbacks of traditional sealing line transmission structure, such as full idling and continuous power consumption, we have installed high-precision photoelectric induction switches at each transmission station of the fully automatic sealing line to achieve segmented intelligent transmission and energy saving. The photoelectric switch monitors the status of the workstation in real-time throughout the process. When the glass does not enter the corresponding conveying section, the conveying structure of that section automatically stops running without consuming any electricity; Only when the glass triggers the photoelectric sensing switch and enters the corresponding workstation, the conveying structure will instantly start running, completing the glass conveying. When there is no follow-up glass after the operation is completed, it will immediately stop and standby again.
