　　一、玻璃涂布机设备的胶嘴堵了。倘若一个胶嘴出胶正常，一个偏少，一般就是胶嘴堵，有很多原因造成，比如，放丁基胶时没有除掉外面的塑料膜，或者放置丁基胶时有砂石之类的，都会造成胶嘴堵塞，最简单的处理方法就是用个细的铁丝，捅一下胶嘴就行了；
