玻璃清洗机是玻璃在制镜、真空镀膜、钢化、热弯、中空玻璃合片等深加工工艺前对玻璃表面进行清洁、干燥处理的专用设备。玻璃清洗机主要由传动系统、刷洗、清水冲洗、纯水冲洗、冷、热风干、电控系统等组成。
Glass cleaning machine is a specialized equipment for cleaning and drying the surface of glass before deep processing techniques such as mirror making, vacuum coating, tempering, hot bending, and hollow glass lamination. The glass cleaning machine mainly consists of a transmission system, brushing, rinsing with clean water, rinsing with pure water, cold and hot air drying, and an electronic control system.
使用过程中常见问题与解决方法
Common problems and solutions during use
①无法开机或呈现过载A.查看急停是否悉数翻开;B.如无法开机查看电箱里边的保险丝是否损坏;C.如过载,翻开电箱按下热计上的赤色按钮,如按到那个红灯熄、就把此热计的电流按钮恰当调大;
① Unable to turn on or showing overload. A. Check if all emergency stops have been turned on; B. If the power cannot be turned on, check if the fuse inside the electrical box is damaged; C. If overloaded, open the electrical box and press the red button on the thermometer. If the red light goes out, adjust the current button of the thermometer appropriately;
②清洗不洁净A.查看毛刷是否已翻开;B.是否已开水;C.毛刷是否能刷到玻璃;D.毛刷是否已磨损;
② Cleaning uncleanliness A. Check if the brush has been turned over; B. Has the water been boiled; C. Can the brush reach the glass; D. Is the brush worn out;
③玻璃上的水不干A.查看吸水绵是否调好压紧好;B.赤色球阀是否关掉;C.风机是否翻开、正转;D.加热是否翻开;E.吸水绵是否损坏;F.水箱是否有油污;
③ The water on the glass is not dry. A. Check if the absorbent sponge is properly adjusted and compressed; B. Is the red ball valve closed; C. Whether the fan is turned over and rotating forward; D. Is the heating turned on; E. Is the absorbent sponge damaged; F. Is there any oil contamination in the water tank;
④漏电现象A.查看是否接地线;B.翻开每个电机盖看是否有压到线;C.查看机架管里边的线是否有破皮;
④ Leakage phenomenon A. Check if there is a grounding wire; B. Open each motor cover to see if there is any pressure on the wire; C. Check if there are any broken wires inside the rack tube;
⑤水压不行A.看水箱的水是否放得够多;B.看水泵是否有抽空;C.水箱抽水口是否有堵塞;
⑤ The water pressure is not good. A. Check if there is enough water in the water tank; B. Check if the water pump has been emptied; C. Is there any blockage in the water tank suction port;
⑥传动胶棍不转A.如悉数不转,查看电机是否翻开,查看链条是否有断开现象;B.如单个不转,查看链轮螺丝是否锁紧,或许下方顶链条的顶条松开;
⑥ The transmission rubber stick does not rotate A. If it does not rotate at all, check whether the motor is turned over and whether the chain is broken; B. If a single one does not rotate, check if the sprocket screw is tightened, or if the top strip of the chain below is loosened;
维护和保养
Maintenance and upkeep
▌清洗机的润滑为防止磨损机过度磨损导致的齿轮坏死,清洗机必须得到适当润滑。尤其玻璃镀膜工艺对玻璃的清洁程度要求非常高,不允许有少量的润滑油进入到清洗区域,所以应选择具有良好的机械安定性和粘附性的油脂。重点针对传动链条、斜齿轮和传动轴进行润滑。①用塑料布将需要润滑的部件与清洗区域隔离出来避免油脂污染。②对链条、齿轮、传动轴链条滚子与链板的结合面进行润滑。③对传动链条及辊道,要使其润滑均匀。④用干净棉布擦去多余的润滑脂。?
The lubrication of the cleaning machine is necessary to prevent gear necrosis caused by excessive wear of the machine, and the cleaning machine must be properly lubricated. Especially the glass coating process requires a very high level of cleanliness for the glass, and does not allow a small amount of lubricating oil to enter the cleaning area. Therefore, grease with good mechanical stability and adhesion should be selected. Focus on lubricating the transmission chain, helical gears, and transmission shaft. ① Use plastic sheeting to isolate the parts that require lubrication from the cleaning area to avoid grease contamination. ② Lubricate the joint surface between the chain, gear, transmission shaft chain roller, and chain plate. ③ The transmission chain and roller conveyor should be lubricated evenly. ④ Wipe off excess lubricating grease with a clean cotton cloth.?
▌传送辊道的校准清洗机采用的是夹送玻璃方式,其下部辊道固定,上部辊道的高度可以调整,以保证玻璃受力的均匀和传送的平稳。下部辊道由传动轴及齿轮系统传动,需要定期检查轴承和横向、纵向的水平。上部辊道由两端两个水润滑的塑料轴承固定,可以自由转动。由于塑料轴承使用一段时间后容易磨损增大间隙,从而导致上部辊道两端不平衡,使玻璃原片在清洗机中容易形成偏斜。针对上部辊道,我们增加固定端块夹并且定期测量高度变化,对应校准或者更换轴承,以调整辊子的压紧力道。?
The calibration cleaning machine for the conveyor roller adopts the method of clamping glass. The lower roller is fixed, and the height of the upper roller can be adjusted to ensure uniform force on the glass and smooth transportation. The lower roller conveyor is driven by a transmission shaft and gear system, and it is necessary to regularly check the bearings and the horizontal and vertical levels. The upper roller conveyor is fixed by two water lubricated plastic bearings at both ends and can rotate freely. Due to the wear and increase in clearance of plastic bearings after a period of use, the upper roller conveyor is unbalanced at both ends, which makes it easy for the glass sheet to deflect in the cleaning machine. For the upper roller conveyor, we have added fixed end block clamps and regularly measured height changes to calibrate or replace bearings accordingly, in order to adjust the clamping force of the rollers.?
▌盘刷高度的调节入口清洗机主要通过盘刷对玻璃原片表面进行清洁,同时添加液体抛光剂,以保证对玻璃表面能进行有效打磨,去除顽固污渍。要使盘刷对玻璃表面形成有效滚擦,一般将盘刷毛尖高度设定在玻璃片表面以下1.5毫米。随着盘刷毛的磨损,需要定期将盘刷高度下降,以保证清洗质量。?
The inlet cleaning machine for adjusting the height of the disc brush mainly cleans the surface of the glass substrate through the disc brush, and adds liquid polishing agent to ensure effective polishing of the glass surface and removal of stubborn stains. To effectively rub the glass surface with the brush, the height of the brush bristles is generally set 1.5 millimeters below the surface of the glass sheet. As the bristles of the disc brush wear out, it is necessary to regularly lower the height of the disc brush to ensure cleaning quality.?
▌储水箱和接水盘的清洁入口清洗机采用的是三级水质逐步清洗并且循环使用的方式,在传送台下部分别设有5个水箱及对应的接水盘,用来储存清洗用水。由于在清洗玻璃的同时水自身受到污染,所以在储水箱内通常会逐渐沉积一些抛光剂等污物,需要定期进行冲刷清洗,以保证水质的洁净。
The cleaning inlet cleaning machine for the water storage tank and water receiving tray adopts a three-level water quality gradual cleaning and recycling method. There are 5 water tanks and corresponding water receiving trays at the bottom of the conveyor to store cleaning water. Due to the contamination of the water itself during the cleaning of the glass, some polishing agents and other contaminants are usually gradually deposited in the water storage tank. Regular flushing and cleaning are required to ensure the cleanliness of the water quality.
?▌抛光剂及喷水管的通畅入口清洗机采用铝或铈的氧化物水溶液作为抛光剂,通过上部辊道之间的喷水管添加到盘刷的滚擦过程中。由于采用的是固体水溶液抛光剂,当浓度过大时,极易导致喷嘴堵塞。在使用当中观察到抛光剂喷嘴堵塞时,应及时疏通并且调节抛光剂稀释后的浓度。对抛光剂和喷水管进行清洁要按照以下步骤。①拆卸清洗机挡版,升起清洗机上部辊道,关闭电源及供水阀。②松开喷管两端的固定螺栓,将喷管拆下。③用高压水枪将纯水从喷管的进口打入喷管内形成水压,观察每个喷嘴的出水情况,用回形针进行疏通。④清洗干净喷管,安装回原处,紧固螺栓,注意喷嘴方向保持拆洗前不变。
What? Clean the polishing agent and spray pipe according to the following steps. ① Dismantle the gear plate of the cleaning machine, raise the upper roller conveyor of the cleaning machine, and turn off the power and water supply valve. ② Loosen the fixing bolts at both ends of the nozzle and remove the nozzle. ③ Use a high-pressure water gun to inject pure water from the inlet of the nozzle into the nozzle to create water pressure. Observe the water output of each nozzle and use a paper clip to clear it. ④ Clean the nozzle thoroughly, install it back in place, tighten the bolts, and ensure that the nozzle direction remains unchanged before disassembly and cleaning.
▌风刀干燥区的清洁和调整清洗机最后一个水箱里装的是经过加热(温度在45℃左右)的高纯水,因此附着在玻璃原片表面的水渍在进入干燥区后能够在风刀的高强风作用下被吹走并且蒸发。风刀刀口与玻璃原片所在平面呈一定锐角夹角,每次拆装风刀或改变其位置都要注意测量其角度并保持不变。①清理干燥区里的玻璃碎屑、标签、夹纸等污物,并用洁净棉布擦拭风刀、辊道等部件,确保清洁。②将风机用的初级过滤板和次级过滤袋都拆下,用压缩空气反向吹出里面的灰尘,检查有无破损或堵塞,定期更换。③用锯条探入风刀口,检查是否有过滤袋纤维等杂物堵塞刀口。??只要定期认真地按照以上程序对入口清洗机进行维护和保养,在工艺正常地情况下,就能较大程度保证玻璃原片的清洗效果,保证镀膜玻璃产品的质量稳定。
The cleaning and adjustment of the wind knife drying area. The last water tank of the cleaning machine is filled with high-purity water that has been heated (at a temperature of around 45 ℃), so the water stains attached to the surface of the glass substrate can be blown away and evaporated under the strong wind of the wind knife after entering the drying area. The blade of the wind knife forms a certain acute angle with the plane where the glass original piece is located. Every time the wind knife is disassembled or its position is changed, attention should be paid to measuring its angle and keeping it unchanged. ① Clean the glass shards, labels, paper clips and other dirt in the drying area, and wipe the air knife, roller conveyor and other components with a clean cotton cloth to ensure cleanliness. ② Remove the primary filter plate and secondary filter bag used for the fan, blow out the dust inside in reverse with compressed air, check for damage or blockage, and replace them regularly. ③ Use a saw blade to probe into the blade and check if there are any impurities such as filter bag fibers blocking the blade.?? As long as the inlet cleaning machine is regularly and carefully maintained and serviced according to the above procedures, under normal process conditions, the cleaning effect of glass raw sheets can be greatly guaranteed, and the quality stability of coated glass products can be ensured.
