丁基胶涂布机常见问题的解决方法：

我们应检查胶缸、胶头的温度是否正常，压力是否在我们设定的范围之内，检查两胶头的距离是否过大（此距离设定至铝条刚刚能从两个打胶头之间过去为好）。

如果上述情况都没有问题，可断定两个打胶头（或一个），由于丁基胶中有杂质而堵住了胶头出胶的眼，这就需要卸下打胶头，用煤油浸泡，然后将胶头内的胶全部清理干净后再装上即可。
