清洗干燥段(净化的起点):玻璃原片在进入合片环节前,必须经过严格的清洗。设备通过耐酸碱的橡胶传动辊与高压水喷淋系统,配合30℃—55℃的恒温水循环,彻底去除玻璃表面的灰尘与油污。对于高端的离线低辐射(Low-E)镀膜玻璃,设备还需具备精准的边部除膜功能,为后续的密封打下基础。

 Core Process: The precision collaboration of a production line in the processing of insulating glass is not a simple glass stacking process, but a rigorous process involving physics, chemistry, and mechanical automation. A standard insulating glass production line typically consists of four core sections, which are interconnected: Cleaning and Drying Section (the starting point of purification): Before entering the lamination process, the original glass sheets must undergo rigorous cleaning. The equipment utilizes acid-resistant and alkali-resistant rubber drive rollers and a high-pressure water spray system, coupled with a constant temperature water circulation system ranging from 30°C to 55°C, to thoroughly remove dust and oil stains from the glass surface. For high-end offline Low-E coated glass, the equipment must also possess precise edge film removal capabilities, laying the foundation for subsequent sealing.

间隔框制备(结构的骨架):这是中空玻璃的“骨骼”塑造过程。铝条折弯机将铝合金间隔条精准折弯成型,分子筛灌装机则向框内充填干燥剂,以吸附中空层内的微量水分。随后,丁基胶涂布机在铝框表面涂布第一道密封胶,确保其气密性。

Spacer frame preparation (structural framework): This is the process of shaping the "skeleton" of the insulating glass. The aluminum strip bending machine precisely bends and shapes the aluminum alloy spacer strips, while the molecular sieve filling machine fills the frame with desiccant to adsorb the trace moisture inside the insulating layer. Subsequently, the butyl rubber coating machine applies the first layer of sealant on the surface of the aluminum frame to ensure its airtightness.

板压合片段(核心的成型):清洗干净的玻璃与涂好胶的间隔框在此汇合。现代立式中空玻璃生产线多采用倾斜式结构,通过伺服电机驱动和真空吸附或液压驱动技术,将两片或多片玻璃精准压合。这一过程要求极高的平行度与定位精度,直接决定了成品的视觉平整度。

Lamination segment (core formation): Cleaned glass and glued spacer frames converge here. Modern vertical insulating glass production lines often adopt an inclined structure, utilizing servo motor drives and vacuum suction or hydraulic drive technology to precisely laminate two or more glass panes. This process demands extremely high parallelism and positioning accuracy, directly determining the visual flatness of the finished product.

双道密封段(坚固的防线):合片后的玻璃需进行第二道密封(通常使用双组份硅酮胶或聚硫胶)。自动打胶机沿着玻璃边缘均匀涂胶,不仅起到加固作用,更彻底阻断了外界水汽的侵入,大幅延长中空玻璃的使用寿命。

Double-seal section (a sturdy defense line): After the glass is assembled, a second seal is required (usually using two-component silicone sealant or polysulfide sealant). An automatic sealant applicator evenly applies sealant along the edges of the glass, which not only reinforces the structure but also completely blocks the intrusion of external moisture, significantly extending the service life of the insulating glass.
