　　1、放在一个平整干净的平面上，连接电源和气源，两者确认接通之后就开始进行操作。

　　2、打胶机中间会有一个混胶过程，在供胶机上面混胶完毕之后，需要在电子显示屏上控制面板上进行选择“行走设置”。在机头停止时，打开机头上面B胶阀门，接着在控制面板上找到Esc键返回主界面，然后F2状态设置，在打开界面后按K3键供胶开始，当胶嘴中完全混合的胶流出按K4键结束供胶

　　3、需要记住的是工作结束之后或者在较长时间不工作时，需要冲洗混胶装置，防止供胶管的堵塞，影响未来使用效果。

　　5、气动开关、胶嘴、探针调整：将事先合好的中空玻璃放在旋转台上，靠近涂胶机工作面，然后中空玻璃推到定位上，调整胶嘴与玻璃的高度，使出胶嘴的出胶口中心语铝槽中心在同一个水平线上：胶嘴与玻璃之间的顶力合适：铝槽深度检测探针与出胶口中心线在统一水平线上。

　　5. Pneumatic switch, nozzle, probe adjustment: Place the pre closed insulated glass on the rotating table, close to the working surface of the glue coating machine, and then push the insulated glass to the designated position. Adjust the height between the nozzle and the glass, so that the center of the glue outlet of the nozzle is on the same horizontal line as the center of the aluminum groove. The pushing force between the nozzle and the glass is appropriate. The depth detection probe of the aluminum groove is on the same horizontal line as the center line of the glue outlet.

　　6、启动开关（机头的最前端的光开关）与玻璃之间的检测距离（1.5~2mm）。在控制面板上选择“状态设置”，打开状态设置后选择“吸盘开（K5键）”，此时机头会往前移动，如果不往前移动则检查并调整启动开关的检测距离。
