　　一、玻璃清洗干燥

　　该工序必须采用机器清洗，人工清洗不能保证清洗质量。采用5MΩ去离子水保证密封胶和玻璃的可粘结性，还可通过对水进行过滤以循环使用。通过光照检验玻璃表面是否残存水珠、水渍等，如果存在，可以调整机器的运行速度、毛刷间隙、风量、加热温度再进行检查。清洗过后应在1h之内完成中空玻璃的组装。

　　This process must be cleaned by machine, manual cleaning cannot guarantee the quality of cleaning. 5M Ω deionized water is used to ensure the adhesion between the sealant and glass, and the water can also be filtered for recycling. 　　首先进行胶条的粘贴、切断。组装胶条式中空玻璃要求合片室的加工温度冬季在10～20℃，夏季在20～30℃范围为宜，灌装分子筛时由于胶条式中空玻璃的干燥剂为粉末状，同胶混合均匀后发挥作用较慢，因此应当在胶条的装配区域保证相对较低的湿度。组装铝条式中空玻璃要求的加工温度在l0～30℃范围内，相对湿度正常即可，但应当选择合格的干燥剂，并且在开封后24h内用完。为加强密封，常采用双道胶进行密封，丁基胶为第一道密封，聚硫胶为第二道密封。

　　胶条式中空玻璃压合时注意合片玻璃边部要对齐，压片时在后面预留小口，让干燥后的气体从小口溢出，也可填充隋性气体后随即封口。

　　四、手动或自动打密封胶

　　铝条式中空玻璃，合片后铝框外边部到玻璃边部应有5～10mm的距离，用于涂第二道密封胶。聚硫胶应均匀沿一侧涂布，以防止中间夹杂气泡，涂完后刮去玻璃表面残余。至此完成铝条式中空玻璃的加工。
