卧式丁基胶涂布机是实现丁基胶精准涂布的重要设备,规范操作对保障涂布质量和设备稳定运行至关重要。其操作主要涵盖开机准备、关机流程、涂布机构调整及开机操作四大环节。
The horizontal butyl rubber coating machine is an important equipment for achieving precise coating of butyl rubber. Standardized operation is crucial to ensure coating quality and stable operation of the equipment. Its operation mainly includes four major steps: startup preparation, shutdown process, coating mechanism adjustment, and startup operation.
一、开机前的准备工作
1、 Preparation before startup
首先对设备电气系统进行细致检查,查看接线端子、开关按钮有无松动破损,确认线缆绝缘良好,同时检查胶料输送管路,确保无堵塞且接头密封严实,避免胶料泄漏。接着按工艺要求在停机状态下铺设基材牵引路径,保证基材平整穿过各部件,防止出现褶皱、偏移。提前启动排风系统,保持车间空气流通,减少丁基胶挥发物影响。还要清理设备周边,杜绝明火、高温热源,防止胶料变质或引发危险。最后,落实接地保护,确保主机、控制柜等外壳接地,接地电阻小于 4Ω,避免静电干扰。
Firstly, conduct a detailed inspection of the electrical system of the equipment, checking for loose or damaged wiring terminals and switch buttons, confirming good insulation of the cables, and checking the rubber conveying pipeline to ensure that there are no blockages and the joints are tightly sealed to avoid rubber leakage. Next, according to the process requirements, lay the substrate traction path in the shutdown state to ensure that the substrate passes smoothly through each component and prevent wrinkles and deviations. Start the exhaust system in advance to maintain air circulation in the workshop and reduce the impact of butyl rubber volatiles. It is also necessary to clean the surrounding area of the equipment, eliminate open flames and high temperature heat sources, and prevent the rubber material from deteriorating or causing danger. Finally, implement grounding protection to ensure that the main unit, control cabinet, and other enclosures are grounded with a grounding resistance of less than 4 Ω to avoid electrostatic interference.
二、规范的关机程序
2、 Standardized shutdown procedure
当批次基材涂布完成,待最后一段基材脱离涂布辊后,平稳停机。随即关闭加热系统电源,继续搅拌胶料,直至温度降至 60℃以下,再关停搅拌电机与风机,防止胶料凝固堵塞管路。然后关闭压缩空气阀门,释放管路气压,保护气动元件。最后依次断开纠偏、张力控制及主控制柜电源,完成关机。
When the batch of substrate coating is completed, wait for the last section of substrate to detach from the coating roller and stop smoothly. Immediately turn off the heating system power and continue stirring the rubber material until the temperature drops below 60 ℃. Then turn off the stirring motor and fan to prevent the rubber material from solidifying and blocking the pipeline. Then close the compressed air valve, release the pipeline pressure, and protect the pneumatic components. Finally, disconnect the correction, tension control, and main control cabinet power supply in sequence to complete the shutdown.
三、涂布机构的调整与胶料准备
3、 Adjustment of coating mechanism and preparation of adhesive material
安装涂布辊时需精准定位,到位后启动气动或机械夹紧装置固定,利用脚踏式控制开关,方便调整辊间距,保证平行度误差不超 0.1mm/m 。安装完毕后,向料斗注入预处理好的丁基胶料,去除杂质以防划伤基材。根据需求选择单面或双面涂布模式,双面涂布时控制两侧胶层厚度差在 0.02mm 以内。
When installing the coating roller, precise positioning is required. After it is in place, the pneumatic or mechanical clamping device is activated to fix it. The foot operated control switch is used to easily adjust the roller spacing and ensure that the parallelism error does not exceed 0.1mm/m. After installation, inject pre treated butyl rubber into the hopper to remove impurities and prevent scratching of the substrate. Choose single-sided or double-sided coating mode according to the requirements, and control the thickness difference of the adhesive layer on both sides within 0.02mm during double-sided coating.
四、详细的开机操作步骤

依次合上总电源与控制柜电源,设备进入待机。在张力控制器设定基材初始张力(200 - 300N)和分频参数(25 - 55),避免基材拉伸、褶皱。接着设定涂布速度(5 - 20m/min)、胶层厚度(0.1 - 0.5mm)等核心参数,接通压缩空气,调节气压至 0.2 - 0.3MPa。启动干燥风机与温控系统,设定干燥段温度(80 - 120℃),加热胶料至 120 - 150℃。接通纠偏与张力控制电源,测试纠偏精度(偏差小于 1mm) 。待温度达标并稳定 10 分钟后,添加胶料并启动搅拌。确认无误后,启动主传动系统开始涂布,作业中随时观察胶层,及时调整异常。
Close the main power supply and control cabinet power supply in sequence, and the equipment enters standby mode. Set the initial tension of the substrate (200-300N) and frequency division parameters (25-55) in the tension controller to avoid substrate stretching and wrinkling. Next, set core parameters such as coating speed (5-20m/min) and adhesive layer thickness (0.1-0.5mm), connect compressed air, and adjust the air pressure to 0.2-0.3MPa. Start the drying fan and temperature control system, set the drying section temperature (80-120 ℃), and heat the adhesive material to 120-150 ℃. Connect the correction and tension control power supply, and test the correction accuracy (deviation less than 1mm). After the temperature reaches the standard and stabilizes for 10 minutes, add the adhesive and start stirring. After confirming the correctness, start the main transmission system and start coating. Observe the adhesive layer at any time during operation and adjust any abnormalities in a timely manner.
