In this case, there is no need to disassemble the equipment. Simply find the "slow delay" parameter on the operation screen and adjust it.
调整“慢速延时”的核心目的,是给玻璃足够的时间平稳到达定位位置,避免因传送速度过快导致定位偏差。实操时可以小幅度递增调整参数,每次调整后试合一片玻璃,观察玻璃是否能完全贴合定位轮、无间隙,直到定位精准、合片无错位为止。

第二步,排查托架气缸同步性,调节气缸调速。如果定位轮贴合正常仍出现错位,就重点检查合片托架--全自动封胶线的合片托架由两侧气缸共同控制升降,一旦两侧气缸动作不同步,出现一头快、一头慢的情况,托架倾斜就会导致玻璃错位。
Step two, check the synchronization of the bracket cylinder and adjust the cylinder speed. If the positioning wheel fits normally but still shows misalignment, focus on checking the laminating bracket - the laminating bracket of the fully automatic sealing line is jointly controlled by the two side cylinders for lifting and lowering. The solution is simple: find the speed control components on both sides of the cylinder, and control the lifting speed of the cylinder by adjusting the speed control valve. Start the bracket lifting program during adjustment, observe the rhythm of the movements of the cylinders on both sides, slow down the fast side appropriately, or speed up the slow side appropriately, and finally achieve synchronous movements of the cylinders on both sides - lifting and lowering both ends together. After the adjustment is completed, try to fit a few pieces of glass and confirm that the bracket is stable and the glass pieces are not misaligned.
