如果说双组份打胶机是中空玻璃的非常后一道防线,那么丁基胶涂布机就是第一道防线。在中空玻璃的生产工艺中,铝间隔框两侧需要先涂布一层丁基热熔胶,这层胶作为一道密封,与后续的二道密封胶共同构成中空玻璃完整的密封体系。承担这道工序的设备,便是丁基胶涂布机。
If the two-component gluing machine is the last line of defense for insulating glass, then the butyl rubber coating machine is the first line of defense. In the production process of insulating glass, a layer of butyl hot melt adhesive needs to be applied on both sides of the aluminum spacer frame. This layer of adhesive serves as a seal and together with the subsequent two layers of sealant, forms a complete sealing system for the insulating glass. 丁基胶涂布机是加工中空玻璃的专用设备,其核心功能是将丁基胶加热熔融后,均匀地涂布在中空玻璃铝间隔框的两侧。丁基胶在常温下呈固态,建议经过加热才能变成具有流动性的熔融状态,因此加热系统是丁基胶涂布机的核心部件之一。设备通常配备胶缸加热和胶头加热两套温控系统,胶缸加热温度一般控制在110°C±15°C,胶头加热温度控制在140°C±15°C。部分先进设备还具备定时开关机功能,可以预设加热时间,既节能又方便。

Taking the LJT03 vertical butyl rubber coating machine as an example, its rubber dispensing port is set at the upper end of the machine. The tiny air inside the butyl rubber rises after heating and is discharged through the reasonable cooperation of the rubber cylinder and piston, but it never leaks the rubber. The pressure head adopts a floating soft connection design, which can automatically guide and evenly distribute the force around the rubber cylinder and piston, effectively overcoming the design defect of severe local wear at the bottom of the horizontal rubber cylinder. In terms of power system, the vertical equipment adopts a large hydraulic station structure and adds an accumulator, which can provide stable pressure and solve the problems of slow rubber changing speed and unstable pressure when using gas-liquid boosting devices.
在自动化控制方面,现代丁基胶涂布机普遍采用PLC或PC控制系统。设备运行过程中,操作人员将铝间隔框放在传送带上,人工扶持间隔框随传送带行进。当间隔框通过传感器时,传送压轮及打胶阀按设定程序自动动作——气马达动作、压轮压下,压送铝间隔条行进。当间隔条到达打胶头时开始涂胶,离开打胶头时自动停止喷胶。整个过程中,定位、传送、涂胶均可自动完成。这种人机协作的半自动工作模式既保证了涂胶质量,又降低了操作难度。
In terms of automation control, modern butyl rubber coating machines commonly use PLC or PC control systems. During the operation of the equipment, the operator places the aluminum spacer frame on the conveyor belt and manually supports the spacer frame to move along with the conveyor belt. When the spacing frame passes through the sensor, the conveying pressure wheel and glue valve automatically move according to the set program - the air motor moves, the pressure wheel presses down, and the aluminum spacing strip moves. When the spacer reaches the glue head, it starts to apply glue, and when it leaves the glue head, it automatically stops spraying glue. Throughout the entire process, positioning, conveying, and gluing can all be automatically completed. This semi-automatic working mode of human-machine collaboration not only ensures the quality of adhesive coating, but also reduces the difficulty of operation.
在技术参数方面,主流丁基胶涂布机的胶缸直径多为195mm,容量较大,可避免频繁加胶。输送速度通常在8至40m/min之间可调,胶头可调范围为6至20mm。挤胶压力一般为8至15MPa,工作气压要求0.5至0.8MPa。设备总功率约1.8至3.2KW,外形尺寸约为3200×700×1050mm。
In terms of technical parameters, the diameter of the glue cylinder of mainstream butyl rubber coating machines is mostly 195mm, with a large capacity, which can avoid frequent glue addition. The conveying speed is usually adjustable between 8 and 40m/min, and the adjustable range of the glue head is 6 to 20mm. The extrusion pressure is generally 8 to 15MPa, and the working pressure requirement is 0.5 to 0.8MPa. The total power of the equipment is about 1.8 to 3.2KW, and the external dimensions are about 3200 × 700 × 1050mm.
