这是生产的第一步。设备会对切割好的玻璃原片进行彻底的清洗和干燥，确保玻璃表面没有水渍、油污和灰尘。洁净度直接影响后续密封胶的粘结效果和最终产品的密封性能。

This is the first step in production. The equipment will thoroughly clean and dry the cut glass raw pieces to ensure that the glass surface is free of water stains, oil stains, and dust. Cleanliness directly affects the bonding effect of subsequent sealants and the sealing performance of the final product.

铝间隔框加工设备

Aluminum spacer frame processing equipment

这一部分通常包含三台小设备，用于制作中空玻璃中间的“骨架”：

This section usually includes three small devices used to make the "skeleton" in the middle of the insulated glass:

铝条切割机/折弯机：将铝条按照设定的尺寸进行精确切割和一体折弯，形成规整的矩形框架。

Aluminum strip cutting machine/bending machine: Accurately cut and bend aluminum strips according to the set size to form a regular rectangular frame.

分子筛（干燥剂）灌装机：向铝条内部填充分子筛。分子筛能吸收玻璃夹层中的水分，防止中空玻璃内部起雾。

Molecular sieve (desiccant) filling machine: Fill the interior of the aluminum strip with molecular sieve. Molecular sieves can absorb moisture in the glass interlayer and prevent fogging inside the insulating glass.

丁基胶涂布机：在装好干燥剂的铝框表面均匀涂布第一道密封胶（丁基胶），起到初步密封和粘结的作用。

Butyl glue coating machine: Apply the first layer of sealant (butyl glue) evenly on the surface of the aluminum frame with desiccant installed, which plays a preliminary sealing and bonding role.

合片机（板压机）

Splicing machine (plate press)

这是将两片玻璃组合在一起的核心设备。它会自动将涂好丁基胶的铝框精准地放置在第一片玻璃上，然后将第二片玻璃叠放上去，并通过压板将两片玻璃压合在一起，完成合片。

This is the core equipment that combines two pieces of glass together. It will automatically place the aluminum frame coated with butyl rubber accurately on the first piece of glass, then stack the second piece of glass and press the two pieces of glass together through a pressure plate to complete the lamination.

自动封胶机（打胶机）

Automatic sealing machine (gluing machine)

合片后的玻璃需要进行第二道密封。封胶机会在玻璃四周的缝隙处均匀涂抹双组份密封胶（如聚硫胶或硅酮胶），进一步增强玻璃的防水性和气密性，确保产品的使用寿命。

The glass after lamination needs a second seal. The sealing machine evenly applies two-component sealant (such as polysulfide or silicone) to the gaps around the glass to further enhance the waterproof and airtight properties of the glass, ensuring the service life of the product.

生产环境与配套要求

Production environment and supporting requirements

除了上述核心主机，一套完整的中空玻璃生产线还需要满足以下基础条件才能正常运转：

In addition to the core host mentioned above, a complete insulated glass production line also needs to meet the following basic conditions in order to operate normally:

电源：通常需要标准的 380V 三相四线制交流电源。

Power supply: A standard 380V three-phase four wire AC power supply is usually required.

气源：部分设备动作需要压缩空气驱动，气源压力一般要求在 0.6～0.8Mpa。

Air source: Some equipment requires compressed air to drive, and the air source pressure is generally required to be between 0.6 and 0.8 Mpa.

水源与排水：清洗机需要连接工业自来水，并配备相应的排水沟。

Water source and drainage: The cleaning machine needs to be connected to industrial tap water and equipped with corresponding drainage ditches.
