在双道密封中空玻璃的生产过程中,作为一道密封的丁基胶涂布的成功与否直接影响到中空玻璃的质量与使用寿命。 而在实际生产过程中,丁基胶涂布有时会遇到气泡现象,气泡现象后果产生的危害主要有两个:
In the production process of double sealed insulating glass, the success or failure of butyl rubber coating as a sealing directly affects the quality and service life of the insulating glass. In the actual production process, butyl rubber coating sometimes encounters bubble phenomenon, and the hazards caused by bubble phenomenon mainly include two aspects:
(1)使正常涂布的胶条中断,影响涂布效率。
(1) Interrupt the normal coating of the adhesive strip, affecting the coating efficiency.
(2)因大量微小气泡的产生影响胶条表面的光亮度,产生毛刺现象,严重影响未合片前铝间隔条的外观。
(2) Due to the generation of a large number of tiny bubbles, the surface brightness of the adhesive strip is affected, resulting in burrs and seriously affecting the appearance of the aluminum spacer strip before lamination.
因此消除气泡的产生在中空玻璃的生产过程中显得尤为重要。
Therefore, eliminating the generation of bubbles is particularly important in the production process of insulating glass.
1成品丁基胶内部存在气泡
There are bubbles inside the finished butyl rubber
因丁基胶为半固体粘稠状不干胶,在生产过程中如果混入气泡不加以处理或处理不彻底而把气泡存留在胶体中,在涂布过程中气泡可随胶体从涂胶头排出从而影响涂布质量。
Due to the semi-solid viscous nature of butyl adhesive, if bubbles are mixed in during the production process and left in the gel without proper treatment or incomplete treatment, the bubbles can be discharged from the coating head along with the gel during the coating process, thereby affecting the coating quality.
2胶缸中未清净
Unclean in 2 rubber cylinders
胶缸中丁基胶没有排净即更换加入新的丁基胶。
The butyl rubber in the rubber cylinder was not completely drained and replaced with new butyl rubber.
据涂布在线了解,如果在胶缸中存在丁基胶的情况下退出活塞,具有优良粘接性的丁基胶。
According to Coating Online, if there is butyl rubber in the rubber cylinder and the piston exits, it has excellent adhesion.
在胶缸底部和活塞上会形成山峰状,而在推人新的丁基胶后,胶缸和活塞粘接的山峰状丁基胶与新的丁基胶之间会存在大量气泡,区别只不过是活塞处气泡比胶缸底部气泡少一些。
A mountain peak shape will form at the bottom of the rubber cylinder and the piston, but after pushing a new butyl rubber, there will be a large number of bubbles between the mountain peak shaped butyl rubber bonded to the rubber cylinder and the piston and the new butyl rubber. The only difference is that there are fewer bubbles at the piston than at the bottom of the rubber cylinder.
因此在涂胶过程中表现为刚刚换胶后气泡较大,毛刺较多,而在将近结束时,气泡较少的现象。
Therefore, during the glue application process, there are larger bubbles and more burrs immediately after changing the glue, while towards the end, there are fewer bubbles.
3直径相差太大

如果丁基胶直径大大小于胶缸直径,丁基胶与胶缸内壁存在较大空间并充斥着大量空气,丁基胶在活塞强大的机械力挤压下,胶体外壁不规则向外膨胀,把部分空气挤压封闭在胶体与缸壁之间。
If the diameter of the butyl rubber is significantly smaller than the diameter of the rubber cylinder, there will be a large space between the butyl rubber and the inner wall of the rubber cylinder, and a large amount of air will be filled. Under the strong mechanical force of the piston, the outer wall of the butyl rubber will expand irregularly outward, sealing some of the air between the rubber and the cylinder wall.
据涂布在线了解,虽然在挤压过程中会有部分空气从活塞与缸壁之间的缝隙中排出,但被封闭的空气由于丁基胶的阻碍,不能排出,导致在丁基胶涂布过程中间隔一定时间就会有气泡产生。
According to Coating Online, although some air is discharged from the gap between the piston and the cylinder wall during the extrusion process, the enclosed air cannot be discharged due to the obstruction of butyl rubber, resulting in the generation of bubbles at certain intervals during the butyl rubber coating process.
4胶缸和胶头温度过高
4. The temperature of the rubber cylinder and rubber head is too high
由于丁基胶内部存在大分子有机物质,如果温度过高,有机物质会发生裂解,产生小分子物质,其中一些在高温下以气态形式存在,如果此时丁基胶涂布操作,排出胶头后,即高温高压状态下的气体突然降压,其体积会迅速膨胀,产生大量微气泡,使胶条表现为毛刺现象。
Due to the presence of high molecular weight organic substances inside butyl rubber, if the temperature is too high, the organic substances will undergo cracking, producing small molecule substances, some of which exist in gaseous form at high temperatures. If the butyl rubber coating operation is carried out at this time, after the rubber head is discharged, the gas under high temperature and high pressure suddenly drops in pressure, and its volume will rapidly expand, producing a large number of microbubbles, causing the rubber strip to show a burr phenomenon.
