全自动点胶机胶阀滴漏的注意要点

全自动点胶机胶阀滴漏经常发生于胶阀关毕以后,95%的此种情形是因为使用的针头口径太小所致。

连接气阀:将点胶控制器的AIR OUT口通过气管连接到针筒,并把针筒气阀连接到点胶控制器的AIRIN。
Connect the air valve: connect the air out port of the dispensing controller to the syringe through the air pipe, and connect the needle cylinder air valve to airin of the dispensing controller.
一般利用控制全自动点胶机混合管长度与控制压杆分别来决定胶水混合程度和控制胶水通断。混合管的混合方式为静态混合,由一连串左右旋叶片相互垂直排列在套管内组成,A、B胶水经过混合管时进行连续的切割与重合为均匀的混合液。混合管出口部可接转接头,方便使用任何口径的针头,以保证出胶量精确。

针筒放入针筒夹持器后并固定就可以连接气阀了。将点胶控制器的AIR OUT口通过气管连接到针筒,并把针筒气阀连接到点胶控制器的AIRIN。将点胶机的‘点胶’接口通过电缆线连接到点胶控制器的信号输入接口。脚踏板连接:把脚踏板连接到点胶机的‘运行’接口上,以控制点胶机的运行。Z轴电缆连接:将Z轴的连接电缆插头与点胶机‘Z轴’连接。

太小的针头会影响液体的流动造成背压, 结果导致胶阀关毕后不久形成滴漏的现象。过小的针头也会影响胶阀开始使用时的排气泡动作,只要更换较大的针头即可解决这种问题。
If the needle is too small, it will affect the flow of liquid and cause back pressure. As a result, the phenomenon of drip will be formed soon after the rubber valve is closed. If the needle is too small, it will affect the exhaust bubble action when the rubber valve starts to use. As long as the larger needle is replaced, this problem can be solved.
锥形斜式针头产生的背压最少,液体流动最顺畅。

液体内空气在胶阀关毕后会产生滴漏现象, 最好是预先排除液体内空气, 或改用不容易含气泡的胶.或先将胶离心脱泡后在使用.瞬间胶( 快干胶 ) 在胶阀接头及管路上堵塞此种情形主要因过多的湿气或重复使用过的瞬间胶. 应确保使用新鲜的瞬间胶. 将管路以未含湿气的Aceton丙酮彻底清洗过. 使用的空气应确定完干燥且于厂内空压与胶阀系统间加装过滤器. ( 以上方法如仍然无效, 则应使用氮气. )
The air in the liquid will leak after the rubber valve is closed. It is better to remove the air in the liquid in advance, In this case, it is mainly due to excessive moisture or repeated use of instant glue. Make sure to use fresh instant glue. Clean the pipeline thoroughly with aceton acetone without moisture The air used should be dried and a filter should be installed between the air pressure system and the rubber valve system in the plant. (if the above method still fails, nitrogen should be used.)
需要注意的是,将手持式编程器通过串口线选择到点胶机左侧的接口上。6.如所用点胶控制器同点胶机的连接器型号相同,可以根据连接器的芯数不同来看出点胶机的‘点胶’和‘运行’等连接口,二芯点胶,三芯运行。
