Hollow glass is now very popular, the following full-automatic sealant manufacturers will give you a brief introduction to the reasons why hollow glass must be sealed!
1. Protect the first glass Laow-E film to prevent its oxidation from losing its heat insulation ability.
2. The most important thing is to keep the middle air layer dry - if it is wet air, the air thermal resistance is low and the insulation effect is poor; the dry air thermal resistance is high, which is conducive to window insulation.
Molecular sieves filled with aluminium partitions in the middle of hollow glass (i.e. desiccants for hollow glass processing) can absorb water molecules in the air of the hollow layer and keep it dry.
However, the adsorption capacity of molecular sieves is limited. If it is not sealed, it is equivalent to that molecular sieves have been adsorbing, which will fail to reach saturation.
When the zeolite fails, the water vapor content in the hollow layer will gradually increase. It's good when the temperature is high. Once it's cold in winter, fog and dew will appear in the middle of the glass, and you can only watch helplessly. But when the temperature goes up, the dew will disappear by itself.
